Board of Trustees

The Minnesota Medical Foundation is an independent, 501(c)(3) organization governed by a volunteer board of trustees that includes physicians as well as other community leaders outside the medical profession. Also serving on the board are the chair of the University of Minnesota Board of Regents, the University president, the senior vice president for health sciences of the Academic Health Center, the deans of the Medical School and the School of Public Health, the chairs of the basic and clinical sciences councils, as well as the board chairs of our three affiliate organizations. The board meets quarterly.

Executive Management Team

Staff leadership is provided by our executive management team, which  includes our president and chief executive officer, vice president of development, chief financial officer and vice president of operations, and vice president of marketing and communications.
