Alumni Spotlight: Mark Banks

It's fair to say that Mark W. Banks, M.D., never planned to get into the health insurance business. As he followed his desire to influence the future of health care, he just landed there. "Careers, just like life, are sort of created by serendipity," says Banks, who graduated with the Class of 1976.
