About the Diamond Awards
Diamond Awards is Minnesota’s premier baseball charity event.
Celebrate the 2009 Minnesota Twins baseball season while supporting leading medical research at the University of Minnesota. Guests will mingle with current and former Minnesota Twins, enjoy being part of a televised awards dinner, and have the chance to bid on rare baseball memorabilia at an enticing silent auction.
Event proceeds support the University of Minnesota’s innovative research and patient care in ataxia, muscular dystrophy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease)—all devastating illnesses that affect thousands of Minnesotans.
