Giving to medicine and health at the University of Minnesota

Faculty and Staff Giving

In fiscal year 2005, faculty and staff at the University of Minnesota contributed more than $1 million to support faculty endowments, research programs, equipment funds, scholarships, and more for the Medical School, School of Public Health, Masonic Cancer Center, and related centers and programs in the Academic Health Center.

For some “insiders,” the thought of making a gift to one’s own employer may be new concept. But for many others, advancing medical knowledge through personal philanthropy is merely an extension of their daily passion ... doing what it takes to improve and extend lives.

As a University of Minnesota faculty or staff member, you are invited to join the nearly 23,000 individuals and organizations that supported health-related education and research in fiscal year 2005 by donating to the University of Minnesota Foundation.
