Outstanding Medical School Teacher Award

The Minnesota Medical Foundation invites nominations for the Outstanding Medical School Teacher Awards. Two awards will be presented, one to a basic scientist and one to a clinician. The faculty members selected to receive the award will each receive a $2,000 prize and membership in the Academy of Medical Educators.

The purpose of the award is to recognize faculty who have made outstanding contributions to the education of physicians and medical students. The Minnesota Medical Foundation Honors and Awards Committee will select recipients. Medical School faculty who have previously received the award are ineligible. Nominees should be judged to have contributed substantially to medical education.
