Corporate and Foundation Giving

The University of Minnesota increasingly relies on private support to remain competitive with top public and private research universities. Funding from corporations and foundations helps maintain the University of Minnesota Medical School and School of Public Health's excellence, and directly impacts its exceptional students, faculty, and programs. Last year alone, corporations and foundations gave nearly $18 million to support health-related research and education at the University of Minnesota.

The Minnesota Medical Foundation's Office of Corporate and Foundation Relations serves as the primary liaison for corporate and foundation interactions with the University of Minnesota Medical School and School of Public Health. We can help identify partnership opportunities across the campus and facilitate introductions with key faculty and campus leadership. Strategic alliances with the University of Minnesota Medical School, School of Public Health, Cancer Center and related units in the University's Academic Health Center are forged and strengthened through peer-to-peer relationships and multi-faceted engagement in a variety of programs.
