Support medicine and health

Vision 2017 Campaign: A billion reasons to celebrate

UMF’s Vision 2017 Campaign has surpassed its goal, raising more than $1 billion to advance medicine and promote health at the University of Minnesota—a year earlier than anticipated!

Within it, the Children’s Health Campaign, which ended in 2015, raised $220 million, far exceeding its goal of $175 million.

In total, 77,674 donors provided $1,052,283,342 during the course of the Vision 2017 Campaign for scholarships, world-class faculty, leading-edge research, new facilities, premier patient care, and academic programs on the University’s Twin Cities and Duluth campuses. Eighty-nine of these donors gave at least $1 million.

Your generosity has led to $65.5 million more in student support, 248 new scholarships and fellowships, and 36 new endowed chairs and professorships.

Thanks a billion!
